Our values

Three promises.

Junk hauling has a trust problem. Residents worry about haggling in the driveway. Haulers worry about being ghosted. These are the standards we hold ourselves to, and the ones we ask of everyone on Bulk Off.

01

Carry the load.

Our job is to take the weight off the people we serve.

How we act on it

We step in. If a resident is stuck on a booking screen or a hauler is losing track of a job, we remove that friction.

We measure features by relief. Every feature we build and every support message we answer has to make someone's day easier.

02

Honest scales.

The price is the price. On time means on time.

How we act on it

Haulers honor their quote. The price submitted in the digital quote is the price on the job.

Haulers show up when they say. When "On my way" is tapped, the resident can count on it.

We tell users the truth. If a bug hits or a feature is late, we say so plainly. We do what we say we will do.

03

Faithful stewardship.

Every hauler's business is something entrusted to us.

How we act on it

We build, not just forward. Tools like request alerts, photo-based quotes, and route planning exist so haulers can win and manage more work.

We own the outcome. If a hauler is not growing on our platform, we treat that as our failure to steward well, and we go to work on it.

Hold us to it.

If we ever fall short of these, we want to hear about it. Tell us, and we will make it right.
