Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Bulk Off (getbulkoff.com) is a service operated by Clockwork Automations LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Bulk Off,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Bulk Off is a booking platform that connects residents seeking bulk junk removal with independent haulers. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Description of Service

Bulk Off lets residents search for independent junk-removal haulers by ZIP code, compare hauler profiles, and submit pickup requests directly to a hauler of their choice. Bulk Off also lets independent haulers create and maintain a public profile to receive pickup requests, track them through a status pipeline, and communicate with residents about quotes and arrival times.

Bulk Off is a directory and lead-generation platform. We are not a party to any pickup, service, quote, or agreement made between a resident and a hauler, and we do not guarantee, supervise, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, pricing, or completion of any hauling service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a pickup request or create a hauler profile on Bulk Off.

4. Hauler Listings

Haulers are independent third-party businesses — not employees, contractors, or agents of Bulk Off. Any dispute regarding pricing, service quality, scheduling, damages, or no-shows must be resolved directly between the resident and the hauler. Bulk Off may remove a hauler listing at its discretion, including for verified complaints or policy violations.

5. Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Bulk Off related to your pickup request or hauler account — for example, quote notifications, “on my way” arrival alerts, and a link to review your hauler after the job.

• Message frequency: varies based on your activity (e.g., one message per pickup status update).
• Rates: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any other part of the Services.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: submit false or misleading pickup requests or hauler listings; use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm another user; scrape or misuse data from the Site; or interfere with the operation of the Services.

8. User-Generated Content & DMCA Policy

By submitting photos, profile images, or other content to Bulk Off (“User Content”), you grant Bulk Off a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and transmit that content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit.

DMCA Notice. If you believe content on Bulk Off infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@getbulkoff.com including: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) the location of the allegedly infringing material on the Site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clockwork Automations LLC is not liable for any damages arising from a hauling service, a hauler's conduct, or your use of the Services, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clockwork Automations LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) for haulers, any pickup, service, or interaction you perform or fail to perform in connection with a resident's request, including any property damage, personal injury, or dispute arising from that service. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of the Services.

11. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. YOU AND BULK OFF EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration organization under its rules then in effect. This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Services.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this arbitration clause does not apply to claims of sexual assault or sexual harassment, which may be brought in court at the claimant's election, as provided under the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2022 and any applicable state law.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@getbulkoff.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

If 50 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against Bulk Off by the same or coordinated counsel within a 90-day period (a “Mass Filing”), the parties agree the following batch protocol applies: the arbitration provider shall administer the claims in batches of no more than 50 at a time, in the order filed; only the first batch's filing and administrative fees are due until that batch is resolved; and no claim in a later batch shall be deemed filed, and no statute of limitations shall run against it, until its batch is reached. This provision is intended to prevent simultaneous mass-filing from imposing filing fees disproportionate to the claims' merits, and does not waive any party's right to an individual determination of their claim.

If any part of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect; provided that if the class-action or representative-action waiver above is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) must proceed in court rather than in arbitration on a class or representative basis.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Hauler Membership and Fees

Membership fee. Beginning October 14, 2026, haulers who are not Founding Haulers pay a membership fee of $39 per month, plus any applicable taxes, to keep a listing visible to residents. The fee is charged through our payment processor, Stripe, to the payment method you provide, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You agree to these charges when you activate your membership.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your hauler dashboard at any time. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Your listing stays visible through the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not refund partial months.

No guarantee. Bulk Off does not guarantee any number of requests, bookings, jobs, or earnings. The membership fee is for access to the platform and its tools.

You set your prices. Haulers decide what to quote and charge. Bulk Off does not set, review, or take a share of what you charge residents, and the membership fee does not depend on the price or number of jobs you complete. Paying a membership fee does not change where your listing appears in search results.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, your listing stays visible for up to seven days while we retry and send reminders. If the payment is still unpaid after seven days, your listing is hidden from residents until the payment goes through or you restart your membership.

Founding Haulers. The first twelve haulers to claim a listing on Bulk Off are Founding Haulers. Founding Haulers pay no membership fee for as long as Bulk Off operates the platform, whether or not they are actively using it, provided they continue to follow these Terms. Founding status applies to the membership fee only, is not transferable, and does not cover optional paid services or pass-through costs we may introduce with notice.

Changes. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the membership fee for existing paying members. A change takes effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel before it does.
