How does Bulk Off work?
Enter your ZIP code and we'll show you local haulers who service your area. Compare their rates and availability, pick one, and submit a pickup request directly to them — no account required.
Is there a fee to use Bulk Off?
No. Browsing haulers and submitting a request is always free. You pay the hauler directly for the pickup itself, based on the quote they send you.
How do I get a price for my pickup?
After you submit a request with a few details and photos, the hauler reviews it and sends you a quote. You can accept, decline, or ask them to revise it before anything is scheduled.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong with my pickup?
Haulers on Bulk Off are independent local businesses, so day-of scheduling and service issues are handled directly with them. If you run into a problem with the Bulk Off platform itself, reach out to our support team.

Can haulers outside Henry County use Bulk Off?
Yes. Bulk Off is open to haulers in every state. We're based in Locust Grove, Georgia, and right now we're promoting Bulk Off to residents in Henry County and Metro Atlanta, so that's where new customers find haulers on Bulk Off today. See Current Service Areas for the areas with haulers.
We haven't started promoting Bulk Off to residents in other states yet. If you're outside Georgia, you can still use the full tool: share your own booking link with your customers, and they can request a pickup and get quotes, updates and review requests, all through Bulk Off.
How do I list my hauling business?
Tap "Create Hauler Profile" from the Bulk Off homepage to get started. You'll set up your service area, rates, and availability, and start receiving pickup requests from residents near you.
Does it cost anything to be listed?
Founding Hauler spots are limited and pay no membership fee for as long as Bulk Off runs. After that, membership is $39 a month, with no commission and no per-lead fees. You set your own prices and get paid directly by your customers.
How do I manage my requests and quotes?
Everything happens in your hauler dashboard — review incoming requests, send quotes, update your status, and mark jobs complete, all from one place.
